GALILEO
The Galileo Technology is for Polypropylene resin, and features high performance and excellent fabric quality, aligned with World First Class technologies; its design is focused for the Hygiene and Medical Markets, but it is definitely suitable for the Industrial Market too. Galileo is offered in two different configurations, Galileo-H and Galileo-A, differing just for the angle between the Spinning-Lay Down and the Web Direction: 90° for the H version and about 45° for the A one. Performance and Quality of Galileo-A are enhanced respect to H.
Both versions feature the following characteristics:
- homogenous, bulky and soft fabrics;
- flexible process at atmospheric pressure, with all separated and independently controlled stages, which allows easy and quick production and process changes, as well as to spin any kind/brand of PP resin, as well as PE;
- stable process, thanks to integrated air handling systems which control the air temperature, pressure and humidity all around the process;
- curtain spinning through one single linear spinneret
- crosswise control of main process parameters, so of main fabric properties
- floor mounted plant, without any need for underground pits;
- pre-assembled skid design, which definitely limits the on-site piping/cabling and allows short delivery and quick commissioning.
